Tour: 2008 dates

The page "tour" of Yellowcardrock.com was updated and the first 2008 dates are already there, though there's a big lack between the end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008 (12/05 - 01/14), may be holidays or dates in negotiation, we don't know yet.
